BETTER BANNAHS!!! (imho >.>)

Okay... the other banners were kinda fun to do, but they came out kinda boring in my opinion XD so I'm working on another round, this time with more color and uniqueness and whatnot. Each banner is supposed to be well-suited to it's character.

Here's what I have done SO FAR. You guys be the judge on how well-suited they are




Gemma's was the first one I did ^.^ Since I haven't read a whole lot of Wake, I'm not extremely familiar with Gemma's character... so I reference her bio for ideas. I got that she's into books, you can see some books back there... and then I also used ribbon. I hope I got a good color scheme going for her, and I hope you like the font!




XD I really like how Blaze's came out... blood spatters, claws, and you can even see some fire back there. I made her eyes green and TRIED to make her hair look as black as I could. What with the other stuff going on though, like the fire glowing on her hair and junk, it doesn't look JET black like her bio says x.x I tried though!



samurai Jun!! there's a blade right there, all up-close... and you might be able to see Sapphy's teeth and beared if you look in the background XD it's supposed to be him anyway. I hope the blue isn't too bright! I thought it looked pretty ^^;



Dayooooooo~ XD Well, the explosion back there is obvious... there are also some green equations scrawled randomly over that. Idk if you can even tell what they are, but if you couldn't I guess now you know XD aaaaand >.> if you look at the explosion, you can actually see Blaze back there smiling! ^.^ awww his wittle sisser.



pinkhead! ^.^ the forest you see is supposed to be Arias, the village of her youth... there are also some stars sprinkled in, mainly because of her name haha... and there's a bow and some arrows there too!

simple. if the purple hue didn't give it away, those eyes back there are Stardie's *snorts* he's so obsessed with her, as always. XD

Polpol time!



^^; I hope I did alright... Pol's was a bit of a challenge, I wasn't sure about what ways I should take it XD

Okay so obviously the three suited guys = her three DotNA brothers. You'll notice "she's" in front of them in lavender/white hues. (I got the color lavender from her bio.) The image for that form of her is also a "Tomoe" image, so it's kinda in keeping with her past, I suppose. The star where her heart should be really is the Polaris star.

I went for a very high contrast color scheme because both her name and her personality give me that sorta feel... "Polaris," like "poles" or "polar opposites." And she strikes me as a woman who can be cold hearted and ruthless, but still somehow preserves her femininity. And though she fights directly against them, she still loves her brothers fiercely. Idk, I could be way off here, but she just seems like such a contrasting person.

Anyway... I'll stop my rambling. I hope you like it Bun!

I hope you like the pic I chose! ^.^ Jaime is a cutie. idk if you can tell, but that's a restaurant back there... hahaha there's even some pancakes too but after all the layering I did, they're pretty much impossible to see now unless you know exactly where to look. I hope the color scheme works for her >.<;



XD Van's is the most colorful by far. But she's the artiste! That's why. And what's with all the butterflies, you ask? Well, her boomerangs strapped to her back like an "X" always make me thing of a butterfly ^.^ that coupled with her love of paints (colors), he pixie hair, and her small stature... idk she just makes me think of a fluttery little butterfly ^.^

unless you just loveeeee that one, I'm gonna give her another shot >.O sometimes I look at stuff I write/graphics I do the next day and think to myself "WHAT WAS I THINKING WHEN I DECIDED THIS WAS A FINISHED PIECE?!"

Jun's banner gives me that reaction now... I can conjure up something far better for her -_- just gimme a day or two.
