i have a Question for the Opps! >_< Are they supposed to Ambush the seeDs once they see them and get the scroll from them, or are they supposed to wait until the seeDs open the underground city to ambush them?

GAHH I made a mistake. I re-read the old trinity posts and my time zone is off XD So it's just like 3 PM in the rp right now XD

and this is for GC and bunny to read. It's Xu's briefing:

"Yesterday I visited Shumi Village for a meeting with the Shumi Elder. The Shumi people are living in fear that their home will soon be taken by Adel's forces. They are looking to Garden for aid, which is what I went to discuss with him.

"While I was there, I asked him about the Ruby. I hadn't any leads yet, and was becoming quite desperate. Much to my surprise, Shumi Elder reacted immediately and with great interest. I told him of this mission and what we're trying to accomplish, all that has been accomplished already. He just kept listening, nodding mutely every once in a while. It was rather awkward, I thought he might think me mad, but when I was finished, he finally spoke.

"He claims that the Shumi people have been guardians of Trinity's gems since the time of the Centra. According to him, the Shumi "Hidden Garden" was ransacked during a war that took place some century or so before the First Sorceress War. That's where they were kept, and that's why the Emerald and Sapphire have been scattered. In his version of the story, of course. In all my years, I have never come across a tale like this in history books.

"But, the point is, he claims that they have the Ruby still, locked away in this place they call the "Hidden Garden". It is located somewhere deep below their village. The catch of all this is, it is sealed completely, and can only be opened with a certain ritual. The ritual must be conducted by Shumi Elder, and he is very willing, but the ritual instructions aren't with the Shumi people, they have been hidden away at FH--for safety purposes. It makes no sense to hide your home key near your front door, I'm sure you understand the logic.

"So, you all will have to go to FH to recieve the Shumi scroll with ritual instructions. Major Dobe will know how to help you with that, he has been protecting the scroll since the First Sorceress War. You will call me when you have it, and I will make arrangements for you from there depending on time and circumstances."

So basically the Shumi are about to lose their home but the Gardens want to assist them. But Governor Arland is talking to the Elder right now and is trying to convince them to give up their home so he can use Shumi Village for his own purposes. The tourists are there to see what the Elder and the Governor decide.
