Oh. My. Hyne. Did he know what an effect he had on her? He must because he always knew just what to do to send her head into a tail spin. She licked her lips as he whispered in her ear enjoying the chocolate cake taste that lingered where his tongue had brushed against her. Before she could respond his arms were around her pulling their bodies tight together.
Slowly she slid his arms around him brushing her cheek against his feeling like she was under water all ready. Hot sticky hormonal water.
"Because when I want something I don't give it up so easily..." she whispered to him kissing the top of his ear softly.

He stiffened slightly when her lips brushed his ear, inhaling sharply to regain control once more on his body. He pulled her away slightly, resting his arms on her shoulders, gazing straight into her eyes.
"I guess I should learn from you." He smiled softly. "I give up much too easily. Sometimes I don't know if I deserve to have something, and I let it go without trying. Not this time. We will both try to make this work."
He slipped his hands down her arms, caressing them slightly then let them drop to his sides.
"Come on, we came here to have fun." He grinned, suddenly picking her up in his arms and sprinting towards the water.

And just like that the overly intense moment was over.
"Rayden!" She squealed as he scooped her up, "Put me down!" She kicked her feet and playfully slapped his shoulder as she giggled. They crashed into the waves together as he carried her into the sea.
"Don't you dare drop me!" she laughed clinging on to his neck looking down at the water just below her.

"Whaaaat? Drop you into the water?" He cocked his ear to the side as if he was an old man with hearing problems. Then he laughed. "You're afraid of the water?" He said, wading through the waves still carrying her snugly in his arms.

"Nooo" she stuck her tongue out at him, "but I bet its really cold." The blue ocean beneath her did look really cold. Oh she planned on getting in it eventually but...
"Besides" she said giving him a pretty smile, "I like it up here"

"Hmmm did we go allllllll the way to the beach so that I could carry you?" He wiggled his eyebrows at her. "I could've done that in my dorm." He grinned. "It's not that cold, you'll get used to it." He said, letting her down gently to stand on the sandbed.

She let out a little squeal as he slowly set her down in the water. He was right it wasn't near as bad as she thought it would be. Quickly she dunked her head under the water getting her hair all wet.
"We should hang out in my dorm next... maybe you should come over and let me cook dinner for you sometime, save the cafeteria ladies some work for one night" she said with a grin tossing her hair so it splashed a little water on him.
"Some of the cadets might actually get to eat for a change" she said giving him a stunned playful look.

"AHEH very funny." He smirked at her squeal. She could be so girlish at times, but it was cute. "The cafeterial ladies love me, cos I'm part of why they get bonuses cos of the amount I spend there. As for those cadets...well blame it on their bad luck." She looked amazing with her hair all wet, some of it plastered to her face. He shielded himself from the drops of water landing on him as she tossed her hair. "But I'd love to eat anything you cook." He grinned, and suddenly splashed water on her upper body, then quickly wading away with a laugh.

"Oh you are in trouble for that" she called diving into the water after him. He was laughing and smiling and perfectly happy. She grinned, Maybe this thing between us really could work...
Pouncing on top of him she put both her hands on his head and pushed him hard under the water. Squealing she lost her footing and found herself going under with him.

He almost inhaled the water as she pushed her head under, but as he kicked to the surface, he heard a muffled squeal. He glanced around, and saw her going under, quickly dived and grabbed her by the arms, supporting her to stand on her feet so that her head was above water.
"Are you okay?" He asked, looking at her in concern. She didn't look like she swallowed any water. "Next time, make sure you're on solid ground before dunking people's heads in water." He teased.

"I'm not made of porcelain, Rayden, it's going to take more then a little water to break me" she said looking up into his eyes, his hands resting on her arms again.
"You're making it a habit to pull me out of sticky situations... once again... thanks for the rescue my prince..." she whispered leaning up to give him a small sexy kiss on his lower lip.

"Hey it's what I'm good for." He was getting goosebumpy, not because of the cool water lapping against them but her little kiss. He smirked, wondering how many kisses they had already shared between them. It was funny considering they weren't an official couple yet. But he wasn't complaining. "I know you can take care of yourself and kick ass when you have to but why lift a finger when there's someone waiting nearby. It's the least I can do."

"Guess I'll have to do something about all those fan girls, but you did a pretty good job of that at the ball. All though... I don't think they'll give up on you all that easy. I might be forced to shoot some of them" She said with mock seriousness gazing up at him.
