Spiffy Goddess of Death~
Sym stiffened as she felt the gil's weight hit her in the back of her head. Her tears dried as she heard Blaze's screaming, and she let go of Terry's shoulder. Sym was not weak, she hadn't heard that yelled at her. . . Blaze knew NOTHING about Sym's life. Blaze didn't know what it felt like to be hated so much, to have friends die before her eyes without a reason, dying for missions that had failed in the end. She had lost so many allies, for no purpose besides being cannon fodder.
"You think I'm weak? You think I'm a crybaby? You don't know about half of the sh*t that I've gone through, so until you do, shut up about how I feel!" Sym had stood up, and was advancing on Blaze, her eyes burning brighter with each step. As soon as she was within half a foot of the one who had yelled, her hand went out and, fast as lightning, she slapped Blaze across the face. Sym wanted to do so much more, but her anger wasn't enough to warrant a full out fist fight yet, "You do that again, and you'll not be talking for a long time."

Xarin's gaze turned to ice as Alaxia blocked his path with her legs. She was getting annoying, and didn't seem to notice that he didn't care about her anymore. He pushed past her legs, nearly taking her out of her seat with the force of his shove. Maybe now she'd realize how he felt, that her pleadings were getting her nowhere!
Xarin glared and sat down at the other end of the airship, his duffel clutched in his hands. He didn't want to talk to anyone.

"How far from Deling City are we? The closer, the better." A woman asked.
Gone glanced over his shoulder, it was the woman who’d yelled at him. Gaiea; the tree-hugger. He got the feeling that Col was sweet on the girl, well maybe he’d mess with Col. “Well, love, we’ll get there soon. Once we get there what do ya say to you and me having a romantic candlelit dinner for two?”
Gone was slightly disappointed when Blaze came and shoved Gaiea out the door, but he was pretty sure he’d said it loud enough for Colum to hear. Shrugging slightly, Gone turned around and began to concentrate solely on flying once again. That was until he heard Blaze slam the cockpit door, and lock it. He winced at the sound. Then came a sound all the more painful, a series of loud bangs. It sounded like she was denting his precious airship. When nothing but silence was heard for a moment, he calmly put the airship on auto-pilot, and then just as calmly he got out of his seat and turned around.
"Tell me when we get there alright.." Blaze asked.
Gone’s nostrils flared. His eyes narrowed as he took in the damage the girl had caused.
“You fvkking b!tch! Look what you did to my baby!” He shouted livid. “It’s coming out of your paycheck, you kamikaze walking disaster! Fvkk, how many times have you flunked out of anger management!?”
Gone stalked up to where she was slumped and grabbed her by the collar, lifting her up, so they were eye to eye. “Don’t even think about pulling your claws on me. We’re on a mission in case you hadn’t noticed, you incompetent little SeeD, that door needs to open real fast and if it doesn’t because of your tantrum, I’ll have you court marshalled before you can blink. Got that, love?”
Gone dropped Blaze and returned to the controls, switching off the auto-pilot. He then reached and turned on the intercom.
“Ladies, gents we’ll arrive in Deling soon, so prepare yourself.” His voice back to its usual affable tone.

Surprised by the sudden change of atmosphere inside the airship, Stardust unfolded her arms and turned to where the commotion was.
I hate this...I hate these lowlifes, she thought, exasperated as she watched everyone go haywire.
/This proves that you're definitely not the only one who can cause chaos here./ Diwata laughed.
“Ladies, gents we’ll arrive in Deling soon, so prepare yourself.” She heard Gone announced afterwards.
"Screw this mission," she spat helplessly, not feeling the need to join the hating anymore, and placed a hand on her forehead.

“Well, love, we’ll get there soon. Once we get there what do ya say to you and me having a romantic candlelit dinner for two?” the pilot winked at her.
Gaiea raised an eyebrow and one side of her mouth quirked up. "By 'two', you mean for you and Lady Luck, I assume?"
Their conversation was halted by a slightly irate Blaze shoving Gaiea out of the room and slamming the door behind her. The redhead didn't blink an eyelash as she found herself facing the other SeeD. She'd figured Blaze would react in some way to being treated as a child.
Eyeing the damage to the door behind her, dents growing larger with every second, Gaiea shook her head and returned to her seat. That's going to take a chunk out of her paycheck, she thought resignedly.
The intercom crackled. “Ladies, gents we’ll arrive in Deling soon, so prepare yourself.”
Gaiea, humming to herself, picked up her bag and flung it over her shoulder, then slid Lapidary onto her left hand and placed Uncontrol in its place on her belt, then sat back.
Well, I'm ready even if no one else is. But I can't do this mission alone. Here's hoping everyone shapes up.

Jun closed her eyes, trying to get a little shut-eye before they reached Deling.
Her effort was cut short when a yelling match broke out between Blaze, and Wolfe, the guy who got punched earlier. They were stopped and seperated by Gaiea, who lectured them as if they were children.
Finally... a sensible one among the trouble-makers. She's pretty good at breaking up the fights, if you ask me.
{I didn't ask you.}
The moment of relative silence was soon broken, again by the fiery-tempered Blaze as she slammed the cockpit door and made several dents in it, each one louder than the next.
"For Hyne's sake, someone stop her!" Jun shouted, but her voice was covered over by the continuous battering of the door.
It finally stopped, but the much treasured peace was broken again when snatches of Gone's shouting could be heard even through the closed door.
“... fvkking b!tch! Look what....to my baby!”
Even Gone's gone nuts... what's up with these people? She shook her head in disbelief. Don't they have any awareness of their position as SeeD?
With a grunt, she turned away from the commotion, deciding that it was none of her business in the first place.
"Ladies, gents we’ll arrive in Deling soon, so prepare yourself.” Gone announced afterward, appearing to have calmed his temper as quickily as he had lost it.
About time... Don't think I can stay impassive for long among a bunch of ready-to-blow dynamites! She thought impatiently, secretly peering at her teammates.

Dan stood up, angrily. It took a lot for him to get angry, but seeing Blaze yell at Sym was enough.
"Listen Sanaku," Dan said coldly, "You just back off. I don't want to have to be in Instructor mode the entire time we're on this mission to make sure that none of you pull one toe out of line."
"And as for the rest of you, act like the professionals you are. Hyne, I've taught some Cadets who behave a hell of a lot better than you ever did!"
Colum frowned, ignoring Gone's attempt at flirting with Gaiea. He wasn't in the mood for speaking, as all that had come of that was an angry Zacke.
Wish you were still here, Aly Colum thought, miserably. The atmosphere in the airship was pretty tense.
Dan twisted the wedding ring on his finger. Thoughts running through his head. Why...Why her?....Why not Jim O'Donahue, the man who actually caused her pain...
Dan walked over to where Sym and Terry sat. "You ok, Sym?" he asked, sitting next to her.

"Listen Sanaku," Daniel Vlahos said coldly, "You just back off. I don't want to have to be in Instructor mode the entire time we're on this mission to make sure that none of you pull one toe out of line.
And as for the rest of you, act like the professionals you are. Hyne, I've taught some Cadets who behave a hell of a lot better than you ever did!"
Jun decided that the sound of his "Instructor-Mode" voice was quite enough.
Who does he think he is?
"You know, Vlahos, for someone who has been an Instructor before, you sure don't behave like one." Jun delibrately raised her voice so that everyone could hear.
"True, Blaze should have been reprimanded for her behavior, but that applies to Sym too. Did you not see her slap Blaze in retaliation? A slap, a physical assault, is worse than a verbal insult. But did you reprimand her? No, you did not. And you are practising favoritism in failing to do so.
Next time, be less obvious if you decide to side with someone. It reflects poorly on you."
She crossed her arms after her verbal outburst, looking away from the rest of her teammates.
I hate lashing out in public like that... but I can't stand unfairness when it stares at me in the face!

Rika slammed her journal shut and looked up coldly at her teammates. This is re-fvcking-diculous. She stood and placed a hand on her hip, using the other to sling her bag over her shoulder.
"Oh, for Hyne's sake! Just shut the hell up, all of you!" she cried with disgust. "I swear, if I hear another word from anyone, I'm casting Silence on all of you, you bunch of babies."
Rika walked over to Gaiea and took out her nunchaku, Oblivion, and waited for anyone to test her.

Auria~
Zacke sank back into his chair and closed his eyes, silently listening to everything from the moment Blaze starting screaming about a crybaby.
He sighed deeply and spared a glance at Tomoe. It was then he heard Dan's comment. His jaw automatically clenched. He turned to face the Battle of Words and saw Jun starting in on Daniel.
"Next time, be less obvious if you decide to side with someone. It reflects poorly on you." she finished.
"Spare me a moment," he muttered out of the corner of his mouth, inaudible to anyone but Tomoe, and stood.
"She's absolutely right, you pompous bastard. Sit your ass down and shutup. You have no right to strut around, feathers spread and head high. You might be an EX-Instructor, and you might have previously, in your lifetime, maintained a position of substantial power, but not now. Not here, and Hyne-damnit, not now."
He paused to lean against the seat he formerly sat in, then continued. "I don't think you quite understand, Daniel Vlahos; you just joined our happy little team. If you think you can just jump in and bark orders and expect all of us to think 'Oh! He's Ex-Instructor Vlahos! He's in Instructor-Mode!! Ooooh! We'd better bow down and obey!' then you've got another thing coming."
He turned to Sym. "As for you, that slap is your warning. You lay another hand on a team member and I'll report you to Xu. I'm sure she won't take a liking to this kind of behavior."
He turned his head to Blaze and sighed. It was no use. She hadn't done anything but hurt people's feelings and dent the interior of the ship, the latter of course Gone'd probably make her pay for, but it wasn't really something he could threaten to report her for. He collapsed into his chair.
"Why do I feel like I'm always yelling at people?" he muttered aloud, staring ahead. He suddenly remembered Tomoe still sitting in the chair next to his, and gave a glance at her. "Oh, sorry." he said dryly, before hanging his head.
