Distinguishing marks (scars, piercings, tattooes, etc.): Ignore the tattoos on Billy--Reese doesn't have those. I don't think Reese had any noticeably distinguishing marks before, but he's definitely accrued a few scars now XD. The lacerations on his cheek will probably leave two faint scratch-mark scars. He'll have a scar on his collarbone from the stab wound. A scar on his thigh from the puncture wound... but no one should notice that one haha.

Personality: Reese is a bit complicated. ... Okay, so he's completely complicated. He's got this whole repression thing going on, he doesn't really feel great about any part of his life, and this is currently dragging his social skills down a lot. Really the only emotions he doesn't have trouble expressing are frustration and anger. He's generally a quiet and reserved person, until something ticks him off and causes him to pop off with some kind of rude remark. He knows how to keep his temper in check when he has to, but if he doesn't have to... well, he just won't. He's an introvert by nature, so it's not likely he'll reveal that much of himself to the people around him unless they are able to make him feel exceptionally comfortable. He's not an optimistic person at all, you have to make him see the bright side of things.
Once you get past all that, he's an okay person. He has the capacity to genuinely care, and when he actually is in a good mood and in company he likes, he can be a very calming presence. When it comes to those he loves, he is almost childlike. Once he has a connection and feels he can trust someone, he will cling to that person eternally. It takes a lot for his bonds with others to be broken, and because he is emotionally so attached, it's very hard for him to recover from this kind of loss. He winds up feeling abandoned or rejected.
The biggest trouble with Reese and love is that he can love someone just as silently as he can hate someone. The people he cares for may not realize he cares for them for a long time, simply because he has a difficult time showing it.

Reese was born in the slums of Dollet to a prostitute named Denise. The birth was complicated, and after Reese she wasn't able to become pregnant again, so even through his mother's profession, Reese remains an only child. Neglected as a child and mistreated as a teen, he eventually got sick of her and finally ran away at fifteen.
The next few years were pretty wishy-washy for him. He drifted through various... activities. Some legal, some not. He did what he had to do to survive, trying to figure out what to do with himself and his life. The answer came at age seventeen, with the first rumors of a possible war and a girl named Waverly Quan. Waverly's father would be the founder of a pro-Adel elite extremist faction, DotNA (Defenders of the New Age).
Sparks flew between the little DotNA girl and Reese, fast forward a bit and Reese is nineteen and they are together. Waverly is going back to Esthar to join her father and brothers, DotNA is no longer just a daytime dream of Mr. Quan's--it now exists. Reese tags along. He gets in mostly because of Waverly's influence, but he has natural talent as well.
His reserved personality and knack for noticing things others miss are what earned him the role of undercover-DotNA "SeeD" on the Trinity Mission. Since joining the mission, he's met an incredibly loud, determined, and most of all intoxicating young lady named Stardust Infinity, who changed his whole perspective.
Finding himself unable to bring harm to her, he's abandoned his duty and DotNA. He is now at the mercy of Garden.
Moral standards:
Reese is not a person of high morale. During his lifetime he has stolen, cheated, killed, and is basically the prince of lies. He will do what he has to do to survive, and although he does feel some remorse, he is very capable of blocking out all emotions to get what he needs to get done, done. Deep down he wants to be a good person, but believes that this is a stupid, passing thought, and that in reality it is far too late for him. He gave up trying a long time ago.
Update - It is possible that everything he has gone through with Stardust and his DotNA past will now change some aspects of his morality. I think she has inspired him to become a better person, and ditching DotNA was the first step down that path.
Goals: Reese's sole desire in life is to protect and care for Stardust, and support her no matter what she chooses to involve herself in. His goal is her happiness.

Weapon name: Consequence
Weapon Description/ picture: Consequence is a gunblade. If it weren't for the diamonds encrusted along the blade provided by those generous folk at DotNA, the gunblade would be a heap of junk. The diamonds are magically enhanced, and both sharpen and sustain the gunblade's endurance. The hilt is black and the barrels of the gun portion are chrome.
Weapon History: Reese bought Consequence in Esthar, right around the time he was being initiated as a member of DotNA. He didn't have a lot of money, so they helped him out by upgrading his weapon from a crummy gunblade to a kickass one.
Limit Breaks (maximum 2): Damnation Cradle. Reese jumps into the air, and during the short second he is up, strings materialize all around the battle area, stretching in different directions and seemingly pulled taut by invisible posts. He then falls down, pushing his gunblade into the middle of the web and the tip into the earth. One rough twist and all the taut strings snap and whip and lash around the area, either doing significant damage or killing a number of enemies.

Guardian Force’s attack: Superstition. He summons her, and she romps around batting and hissing until she decides to actually be of use and attack the enemy. Her only means of inflicting damage are Silence, Dark, and Doom spells, and to cast she basically just has to cross the victims path.
Guardian Force’s personality: Perish is the epitome of obnoxious. She screams, sings made-up songs, and berates Reese constantly. She thinks she is hilarious and oftentimes annoys him to the point that he unjunctions her.

Technically, none of them. He joined Mission Trinity under the guise of a Trabian SeeD, though.

He's not one! XD

Haha... until very recently, he was on Adel's side. He won't ever get the opportunity to fight Adel herself, but he will never again fight on the side of DotNA, and that's because of Stardie.
4. What three colors are best associated with your character and why?
I guess Black, Gray, and Purple.
Black... well that's just obvious. He's so angsty.
Gray is just a generally sad color. Reese has had a lot of sadness in his life.

5. How many romantic relationships has your character had? Were any of them significant in molding your character? If so, describe in detail the relationship your character had with their significant other(s) and explain how those people and interactions have helped shape their personality.

Yep, he's had one. And that single one was more than enough to mess him up completely.
Like I already said in his history section, he fell for Waverly Quan when he was seventeen. He fell so hard he followed her to Esthar and got himself involved in DotNA just to stay close to her. Granted, she liked him too, but she was never as emotionally invested in the relationship as he was--especially during later years.
One thing that can be said for Reese is that, despite the hard exterior, having someone to love is everything to him. When you earn his loyalty and he truly feels like he is loved by you, he attaches himself like a child and will blindly follow through with whatever you ask. Maybe it's insecurities, maybe it's due to the neglect he suffered from his mother... he just desperately wants to love and be loved. Waverly gave him his first taste of what that feeling is like. She stepped into his life at a time when it had absolutely no meaning, he was just a homeless kid on the streets, sleeping in the train station and breaking the law just to get a meal every once in a while. She saw his potential and "rescued" him, and he attached himself to her for it.
Their relationship was a long and unhealthy one. Waverly is totally the wrong type of woman for a guy like Reese. She is manipulative, selfish, and controlling. Once you get past his stoic facade, Reese is a considerably weak person. He buckled under her rule, and the relationship became very unhealthy for him. She knew exactly how to pull his strings to get what she wanted, and he didn't even care because he honestly thought that losing her was the worst thing that could happen to him. Afterall, his life had no meaning before her. If he lost her, what would he have left?
Because of DotNA, Reese has matured into a very capable young man. But because of his mother and Waverly, Reese is emotionally crippled.

The last time he was conscious enough to have a fear, it was Stardust's welfare. But after waking up, I think his single most biggest fear will be losing her.
