Anyway... basically, an "ST" will start the threads and take care of miscellaneous posts that move the story, along with the main villains... but RPers will guide the plot.

If there are assigned ST's, things won't get too chaotic. But essentially, there's not a whole lot more to being an ST, because the story won't be pre-planned. The overall scheme will be something that is pre-planned, like "The Ancients are Awakening in DotNA" (or whatever we decide to do for the sequel), but the real plot of the story will depend on the RPer's abilities to improvise things and add depth. Nobody will really know that much more than anybody else about what is coming next.

That's the basic gist of what that conversation was about, right Rica? Err, if anything I post here sounds wrong, feel free to edit this post all you want. >.>

Hehe, basically what Lex just said. I think it would be a good idea if everyone can show their creativity so it wouldn't feel like they're being alienated from the plot since we all have our own characters that should know just as much as ordinary RPers.

I think we can post a big introduction post about the sequel to give us all an idea of what's it about and have the first ST post to start it. So basically, the only job of the ST is to start or close a thread. And you can leave that task to I_got_the_powerrr. We can have a thread where we can post suggestions and QUESTIONS. I don't know I thought it would just be cool if we have everyone's brain juice to add to the mix. XD

Any questions and objections?? I'll be happy to answer them. ^^ Oh, and don't worry about hurting my feelings, cuz you won't. ^___^

So...are we moving the story along with our normal posts for our charries? Or is it like anyone can add an ST post (that won't be pre-conceived of course)?

Yup, if we go with this idea, ANYONE can add an ST post. We ALL shape what's going to happen to the story. Of course, if we're not sure about something, we can always post our thoughts before going through with it in the RP.

Before we do anything though, we have to reveal the mystery of the ancients.>.O But, that wouldn't be a problem since Mama G suggested that we can put it in the first ST post.

I absolutely ADOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe this idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will give us WAY more freedom to write and stuffs. The thing I disliked about the structured ST plot thing was that when I posted for Blaze or Deo I was always scared of accidentally changing the plot so I'd always keep the posts super cautious and safe. i actually like knowing the plot that way I'm not scared of messing it up if left in the dark. But maybe that's just meee`~~

I think this is going to end up being really chaotic and we are going to lose the story completely. I really don't think its that good of an idea. Too many people pulling the story too many different ways.

However all of you guys seem really for it and I am just one voice so I am totally willing to go along with it and give it a try and see how it works out.

But I am not okay with other people directly controlling my character. Or doing things that are going to directly effect her. By having anyone be able to ST I see this sort of thing getting seriously out of hand. I mean just dropping a bunch of boulders on the party is something that would directly involve my character. If you did that sort of thing you would have to give everyone time to react with their characters and that doesn't often happen here since we all have such crazy posting schedules.

The only way to stop this sort of thing is that means when people ST they can only directly involve the characters that they have control of. Which means some people who don't get to post as often will be left out of the plot a lot. And as we all know that sucks when that happens.
