Age: 21
Student Number (4 digits): 9762
Weight: 120lbs
Height: 5ft 7
Eye Color: blue-green
Hair color and style: Blonde, long and layered
Skin tone: lightly tanned
Build: Slim
Description/pictures of Clothes:
Model name and pictures:
Sienna Miller
Distinguishing marks (scars, piercings, tattooes, etc.)
None
Personality
Star Sign: Taurus
Personality:
Cheerful, and friendly, Jaime can always be expected to liven up the atmosphere, by goofing around or telling everybody to lighten up, even cracking a joke at times (although her jokes might not be very funny at all, but she still tries.) She frequently has a sunny smile on her face as she tries not to let anything get her down, and recovers any rare depressions she suffered from quickly. Even when things aren’t exactly going smoothly, she would still cover it under a happy façade which only friends that truly understand her would be able to see through. This can become rather annoying to others who would wonder at the reason she always has a smile on her face. She rarely loses her temper (as in like really blow her top. sometimes she pretends to be angry but isn't really), but when she does, her words are caustic and she becomes pretty violent and scary, to the point of psychotic.
She's also fond of playing little tricks and pranks on other people, even though sometimes she does it at the wrong time but it's always to lighten up the gloomy mood that our RP inevitably suffers sometimes XD
Jaime does not believe in bearing grudges, so even if someone betrays her trust, she forgives the other person easily, although whether she still gives them the same degree of trust is questionable. She works the best in a team, preferring to follow orders compared to giving them.
On the downside, she can be insensitive to other people’s feelings, and say the wrong things at the most inappropriate time. And she would be slow to catch up on a situation--although not dumb--but slower by a beat. And she is the epitome of stubborn, as once her mind is made up, it is virtually impossible to change it, or get her to admit she’s wrong because of her pride.
And when she feels like it, she might indulge in a little flirty manner, but not in a way that would annoy those of the same sex.
History: (Please include how and why they joined their Garden and how they became one of the top seeDs in their Garden)
Jaime was born to parents who owned a small restaurant tucked away in a small corner of Balamb. When she was still very young, Jaime’s parents were victims of the Second Sorceress War, resulting in her mother’s death and a permanent limp in her father’s left leg. This resulted in Jaime’s aversion to oppression, as her father had often impressed upon her the atrocities he and Jaime’s mother had suffered from.
From the age of six, Jaime had been trained to serve at her father’s restaurant, which inculcated a strong independence in her. Her father later discovered that she had inherited his culinary talent and sensitive tongue, and decided to groom her as a chef as well. By the time she was thirteen, she was well set in her path to inherit her father’s position as master chef when he retired.
But it was not to be. Jaime’s father contracted kidney failure and died shortly after, saddled by the trauma of losing his wife and the stress in trying to maintain the restaurant on his own. It left her kinless and homeless, the restaurant having been sold off to pay off the debts left by her father.
She decided to enroll in Balamb Garden, which was conducting its annual recruitment drive then. Pumped by their inspirational videos, she believed that if she became a SeeD, she would be able to play a part in curbing the oppression that she detested so much. Besides they were the ones who destroyed the Sorceress that had taken away her mother. But after six years in Garden, she could not pass the stringent exams and had to be forced to leave.
So back to her old profession she went, this time cooking in a small café that was very much like her father’s restaurant.
The third war erupted, and Signe was distributing flyers about the new Adel-resistance faction she intended to set up. Jaime jumped at the chance to become its member, as even though she could not become a SeeD, she still ardently wished to do her part in the war.
Moral standards:
She is adamant about standing up against oppression or exploitation. Although she is peace loving, she knows that in order to enjoy that peace she has to fight against the oppressor (in this case, Adel), and be strong in her stand against them.
Goals:
To aid Garden in war, and free the oppression of Dollet and Timber by defeating Adel. (*^.^* Yay it's done)
- To own a restaurant
Likes: Cooking, Eating, Shopping, Socialising/Gossiping, slumber parties, pranking on people.
Dislikes: People who criticise her food, pettiness, arguments, gloominess, awkward silences.
Hobbies/Talents: I dunno if it's considered talent but she can pretty much make herself easily forgiveable even after the naughtiest pranks.
Quote(s)/ Lyric(s) to describe your character:
Theme song(s):
Technical
Weapon name:
Jade Torture
Weapon Description/ picture:
Jade Torture is a whip made from the tentacle of a thousand-year Marlboro and the hide of a Mesmerize, dyed green to match the sheen of the tentacle. At the end of the whip, several tiny jade crystals were embedded and although they were small in size, they certainly deal a lot of damage—especially if magic was junctioned to the weapon.
Weapon History:
Jaime bought the weapon when she first enrolled in Balamb Garden, and gradually upgraded it to what it was today.
Limit Breaks (maximum 2):
Beg Before Me
Jaime goes into a whipping frenzy that would make one of weak will beg for mercy, due to the sheer extent of pain inflicted by the whips and the jade crystals. These crystals are capable of absorbing the magical energy of the spell junctioned, and after they are embedded into the enemy’s skin/hide, they would release the magic deeper into the enemy’s core. Jaime is especially fond of junctioning Pain onto her weapon’s status attack so one can only imagine what if feels like to have that inflicted on you, over and over again.
Magic (choose three from the game):
Curaga, Pain, Flare
Items (choose three):
Protect Stone, Remedy, G-Mega Potion
Specialties (hacking, thievery etc.):
Professional Chef.
Guardian Force name/appearance:
Master Pupu
Guardian Force’s attack:
Pupu Ray Beam
When Jaime summons him, the Master Pupu will attempt to mesmerize or confuse the enemy with its spiraling eyes and cuteness, while his flying saucer will spin round and round. When it stops spinning, the number of squares lit up on the flying saucer will determine the strength of the alien ray that it beams towards the energy (ranging from one to eight, one being little damage and eight being near deadly.) The number of squares lit depends on Jaime’s luck, but oftentimes, the more injured she is, the deadlier is Pupu’s attack.
On the occasion that all ten squares of the flying saucer is lit, the Pupu Saucer will abduct the enemy and make it disappear, but this obviously almost impossible to achieve and does not apply to Adel. (or other major villains unless planned ^.^)
Guardian Force’s personality:
Pupu is a childish GF, and he likes to play around in Jaime's head, but he will always try to give good advice to Jaime, although sometimes they might not be as good as he thinks.
In Depth Character Study
1. What Garden is your character from?
Balamb (well, used to be)
2. What kind of student is your character?
She was a poor student haha Not because she was lazy, but when she doesn't understand something, she's reluctant to ask the instructor for help (perhaps afraid of looking stupid in front of the whole class or the Instructor). That's why she always failed her SeeD exams.
3. Why does your character fight against Adel?
Adel caused a lot of suffering and oppression to the people opposing her, and Jaime hates that more than anything else.
4. What three colors are best associated with your character and why?
Aquamarine, as that's the colour of her eyes
light yellow, for it's brightness
White since it's the opposite colour of black, which she associates with evil/badness and all that stuff.
5. How many romantic relationships has your character had? Were any of them significant in molding your character? If so, describe in detail the relationship your character had with their significant other(s) and explain how those people and interactions have helped shape their personality.
Jaime has had a few relationships, as with her bubbly personality she had no problems drawing guys to her, but only one of them was really serious enough to cause an impact on her personality. It was her first relationship (and first crush too) on a classmate that attended combat strategy with her (which she was hopeless in). The guy had noticed her having difficulties during the lessons and constantly being singled out by the Instructor for not being able to perform. He took pity on her and decided to tutor her lessons (being brilliant in it himself). So a budding romance grew between them and she managed to pass the theoretical part of the exam in order to move on to the practical part.
But then the cadet died during the exam due to an accident, and before he died, he told her "Don't shed any tears for me, but smile for me and make my last breath a smiling one, for your smiles are contagious."
This is why Jaime tries to cover up any sadness with a smile.
6. What is your character’s biggest fear?
To be helpless when anyone she loves is threatened
7. What is the one thing—whether it be a person or an object—that your character absolutely, positively cannot live without?
Hmm none at the moment. Food perhaps?
8. What are you character’s favorite foods?
Pancakes, scrambled eggs, soda, baked rice, candy, sausages, a lot more but mostly comfort food.
9. What are some embarrassing things about your character that he/she would never admit?
That she used to think Sorceress Adel was a man, despite the Sorceress part.
10. What makes your character a vital asset to the team?
I dunno, because she's one of the few members with a full healing spell?
