Maybe instead of telling Lamara to shut up all the time you can try helping us on our mission. It wouldn’t be that difficult. Even I can do it, and I’m an idiot in the world according to Reese… and Stardust… and Jun… and whatever!” Gone said trailing off and muttering incoherently.
Alaxia stoped and turned to Gone "Are you calling me crazy?" she queried. "I'm not the one muttering babble to myself. At least the voices in my head are sane. I don't know about you.
And if you really want me to help in the mission, let me blow your brains out. I think I'd be doing this team a world of good if you let me do that." Alaxia shot Jun a sly look. "Wouldn't you say, Jun?"

Jun raised an eyebrow at Alaxia.
"Oh no, don't you drag me into your "Shut-up Lamara" little side.
I don't know what you're trying to prove by threatening to blow his brains out... but I suggest you reflect on yourself and what you've done thus far to help the mission before you speak against him.
And if you can't put yourself to any use, at least have the sense not to distract us with you attention-grabbing ploys. It won't work... we couldn't care less about your affairs when the mission is at stake."
She walked past her towards the others.
"Gone has a point. Maybe we should look at one of those computer terminals and see what we can get from there."
She went up to one of the terminals and switched it on.
"WELCOME.
PLEASE ENTER YOUR PASSWORD."
Drat.... I knew this would happen.

Reese rolled his eyes. "Well the emeralds not going to be in any computers..." he muttered to himself, walking over to the door. He grabbed the cold metal knob and turned, pushing the door open so he could look through--just a crack though.
His heart skipped a beat as his eyes took in what he saw.
A huge place. Like the interior of a fairly good sized mall, with scientists walking here and there, soldiers standing at every corner of the walls.
He hurriedly shut the door as quietly as possible before anyone noticed and turned, his back against it. What can we do...?. Perish brushed against his leg, and he got an idea. He strode over to the scientist and pulled the white lad coat off his limp body, then turned and tossed it to Jun.
"Alright, you're a scientist." he picked up Perish and thrust her into Jun's arms. "You're doing experiments on this average housecat. The rest of us will be the team you've hired to guard you, because you're on your way to your lab to grab some supplies before heading out to the deserts to do some field work before the experiment." he glanced around, trying to read everyone's expressions. "We can use that story to get around this lab place. Sound like a plan or what?"

"It's good." Stardust stepped in before Reese. "But what if they asked Jun her objectives for conducting a research on our housecat. What will she say?"

"...good question." Reese said and sighed. After a moemnt, he spoke again. "Okay, what if she's trying to clone another version of it so she can infuse Haste magic into the genetic makup of the cloned cat and conduct research on the differences it causes to everyday cat living? Sound scientific? I really hope they haven't conducted that kind of research already though because if they have we're going to be caught..."

Stardust's solemn expression eased as she heard Reese answer. "Sound scientific?" She nodded. "I really hope they haven't conducted that kind of research already though because if they have we're going to be caught..."
"That won't be a problem," she said. "I don't think a research as unique as that is a common thing to do." She raised an eyebrow at him, looking a bit pleased. "Especially on cats..."

Reese stared blankly at her for a moment.
He blinked. Inside he was laughing.
"Idea? You mean I.D. right? Like identification. Yeah actually it is a great idea, its not like they're going to walk up to Jun and ask for identification for no reason. So lets behave ourselves and not give them a reason, 'kay Alaxia? Can you do that?"

Stardust shot Alaxia a weird look. She almost didn't get the point that she was trying to make. Nice choice of words for someone who was trying to be sarcastically intelligent.
She grunted and turned to Jun. Holding Perish and the lab coat hanging in her one arm, she seemed to be a little quiet.
What? She still hasn't put on the lab coat... Stardust didn't know if she was for or against their plan. She hadn't said a thing at all.
"So, can you do it or not?" asked Stardust, a little irritated. "Because if you have anything to say then say it now. We have to hurry."

Gone snorted contemptuously, “Like your dinky gun could blow a hole in my hard head.” He muttered.
He played solitaire on the computer while the others discussed a plan. He didn’t bother offering any ideas. Reese always forced them all to go his way anyway, and losing arguments was only fun when it was with a girl you could make up with after. He turned slightly when he realised they were going to pretend to experiment on the ickle kitty. Gone blinked. That poor kitten. How could they do that to something so cute and cuddly?

Gone grinned at that. Why did half their teammates only speak or whatever, when it was to criticize? He shrugged and went bac k to his solitaire game. He made a mental to keep an eye on the kitten. He could just imagine Reese, or Stardust throwing the cat in the face of a soldier so they could escape. He grinned, the cartoons in his head were amusing.

"So, can you do it or not?" She asked, sounding a little irritated. "Because if you have anything to say then say it now. We have to hurry."
"Of course I can do it." She replied indignantly. "Hold her for a minute please." She passed Perish carefully to Reese and shrugged on the lab coat. She tied her hair up in a tight bun, and walked over to where the dead scientist was. She removed his spectacles and slid them on, perching them low onto her nose.
"Convincing enough?" She peered at Reese from the top of the spectacles, before taking Perish back, cuddling the kitten close to her chest. "Good thing this guy's myopia isn't too serious."
"You guys ready?" She looked around at them, and noticed Gone was playing a game on the computer. "Gone... We're leaving. Switch off the computer. Now."
She waited for Gone to join them, before turning to the door.
"Here we go."
She took a deep breath, and opened the door, starting out across the huge area.

Gone turned around and glared at her, reluctantly turning off the computer. He was just about to download some porn. Oh well, now wasn’t really the time for it anyway. Gone walked over to the others at the door and waited while Jun opened the door and strode out. He followed behind her, looking about discreetly. He hoped none of the scientists asked why Jun had so many assistants for an experiment about house cats. Most of all though he hoped they didn't come and try to talk shop with Jun. That would be an awkward situation.

Alaxia followed slowly as they entered the area And looked at her surroundings. Makeing sure to check for anything that she maybe able to use in case things go wrong. Something is going to go wrong i know it . There is to may people in tis group for just a stupid cat.....

Stardust silently watched Jun as she slipped into the lab coat, pulled her hair into a bun and stole the dead scientist's glasses.

Stardust rolled her eyes and glanced at the door. She didn't know how many personnel were lurking outside and locating that exact room where the Emerald was being held wouldn't be an easy thing to do. Considering the size of this warehouse, it definitely would take them a while. She was well aware that the longer they lurk around, the riskier it would be.
"You guys ready?" their scientist asked, breaking her train of thought. She turned back to her.
Finally... she thought and casually walked to where Jun was. As soon as Gone joined them, Jun said, "Here we go," and carefully swung the door open before strutting her way towards a wide hallway.
She followed along with the others, maintaining a safe distance behind Jun--holding Perish--as they moved along.
Head bent down a little, eyeing the area apprehensively, Stardust felt uneasy walking around seeing a dozens of scientists passing back and forth before them.
"Now, where do we start...?" she murmured as she glanced from side to side, barely moving her lips. The place was enormous and the Emerald could be in any one of those doors
